"I was treated as a liar and the issues I brought up were brushed off and unresolved nor was any attempt made to do right by me, a longstanding loyal customer of 9 years. I brought up work I wanted to be done several times and after asking 3 different times and even being assured by my service advisor that the work was done before picking up my vehicle, my drive belt had still not been replaced and I had to bring my vehicle back. As well as bringing up the fact that I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire that I brought up twice to my service advisor and once to the SERVICE MANAGER and guess what, the nail is still sitting in my tire because they never fixed it. I will NEVER set foot in a Lamarque dealership ever again. I have had good experiences up to this point and was willing to pay dealership premiums to ensure the work done on my car would be up to standard but this last experience COMPLETELY destroyed my trust in Lamarque and I may as well save some money and just have all work done by a 3rd party mechanic shop. Lamarque seems to be filled with incompetent people that are dishonest when they destroy other peoples property. Bring your vehicle elsewhere, you will get better quality of work for cheaper too. Edit: After following up with the GM I was given the run around by Ray as well. He admitted that the diagnostic fee was not credited to my repair bill and wanted me to meet with him for a refund check. After agreeing upon 8:30am Monday morning he did not answer my calls when I arrived. Employees told me he was in a meeting and that I needed to wait, I dont play games with my time. If the GM flakes on an agreed upon time and shows me im not valued, what does that say about the personnel he oversees? GM completely blew it and I will not be returning to Lamarque ever again. For reference, this is one of the texts sent by Ray, the GM: "Wow I see I missed your call at 8:38 my phone was on silent as I was in an earlier meeting I don't think it would be considered a flake Employees immediately came and told me u were here and I told them to tell u I would excuse my self and be right out . It's obvious no one can meet your expectations I will note our system you have elected not to return" I was there right at 8:30 to drop my car off to finally have the slow leak fixed and to meet with him. I had to record a 4 minute video going over every square inch of my car due to my last experience here. My first call to him was at 8:34. After requesting that he leaves the check with someone at quicklane so I can pick it up when I pick my car back up, he tells me it will be in the mail as a final "kick rocks" to me."
"Went in for a part for my 2002 Explorer and the customer service was atrocious in the Service Department. An older gentleman named Bobby thought it would be funny to pawn me off on his coworker because he didn't feel like working. The other worker was on her cellphone and was texting while still talking to me. Thankfully the part was cheap and they were respectful in the Parts and Accessories dept. A Mr. David Landry was awesome though. Give him a raise."
"A 5 star for Decades of excellent Professional service."
"Very inefficient the 3 sales persons working in this section. Make me pay in cash because they can't even manage simple computers transactions. They made me go all the way to service to find out the parts code # bc they couldn't find it.. wasted at least 2hs for 4 parts that they already have in stock! Same issue I have with the salesman when I bought my 2020 F150"
"I don't believe that place is still operating"
