"I just walked in the store on Williams Blvd in Kenner and no one acknowledged me. I know I looked confused because I didn't know where to find a certain item. 1 manager and 2 employees were standing there while catching eye contact from the manager and the male employee, with no response. My wife and myself walked abruptly through the store because of my wife's car just broke down blocks away from the store. While finally walking to the register the male employee took his last bite of his breakfast, with crumbs in his mustache he asked, card or cash!!!! Horrible Service today!!!"

"I called to see if they have a tool kit available, then I was immediately placed on hold when they answered the call. Absolutely no problem with that. I waited 5 minutes, then someone answers and they ask me "You calling for the plugs?" I said no and they said "Ok, one minute", then proceeded to hang up. I thought, maybe it was an accident.. I called back right away and they picked up the call, then hung up on me right away... For literally no reason. I called two more times and each time they just closed the call immediately. The guy who hung up multiple times needs to realise that the people who are calling live near the store & I can just walk in and confront him face to face. Absolute coward and terrible service."

"It's your typical AutoZone. They had the battery we needed but had to go to two different locations to find it. No real biggie as the battery is a little on the rare side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Battery price seemed a little pricy but looks like everything is more expensive in this crazy economy right now."
