"Awful service. Took 7 calls to get through to their service department. When I finally did they had no info on my vehicle. Their phone system bounces you around between extensions before they just hang up on you. Currently sitting in their lobby unable to get my car bc they gave me the wrong hours for their service department."

"THE WORST!! "ZERO STARS" "ROB" the salesman was not helpful. When we went for a test drive, he stayed on his phone the whole entire time. He barely answered my questions. I had to repeat them over and over.He was too Distracted by his social media accounts. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When we arrive back to the location, he left me sitting in the waiting area for so long that I got tired of waiting and decided to leave. I later called him for an update, he told me he was with another customer and would call me right back. Of course he never called back. After hours of waiting someone named RYAN called stating that he'd be working with me. He ask a lot of personal questions and did absolutely nothing. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL. I called the office to file a complaint with management and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Premier Kia of Kenner does not conduct business very well. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I called today and was hung up on multiple times from the operator or front desk not sure who it was. I have literally had the worst experience with Premier Kia! I am the last person to try and leave a negative review but go somewhere else save yourself the stress and trouble. These people are just trying to make a dollar and could care less how they treat people."

"If I can give more then 5 stars to this place I would. I’m 1000% satisfied with my car, I love it. My sales person was Gloria. She was such a nice lady very helpful and professional. If you’re looking for a Kia go to this place they will take care of you, I promise you won’t regret it."
