Sam's Club

"DO NOT sign up for AT&T phone service from the Kiosk in Sam’s. They promise a lot of things that never materialize. I’m still waiting for a $250 gift card from Sam’s. They told me to look for an email and then it eventually changed to a credit which also never happened! Oh and if you need help or service to the account, you don’t go back to them. They can’t help you! You have to go in to one of the stores to get help. One of my favorite places to shop! Great selection of a variety of items! All of the staff members are helpful, patient, and kind. Like everyone else, they are short-staffed so be patient with the sweet ladies at customer service! They don’t like to see the patrons stand in line any more than we like standing in the line. Their bakery goods are delicious. Tire department is excellent too! Very professional and helpful. I purchase tires and batteries here. I previously liked getting gas here but lately the lines are so long that wasting gas to get gas is not a smart option."

"We spend TOO MUCH MONEY on a membership fee to get treated POORLY by the pickup department. I waited OVER 45 minutes, watching people come and go! Only reason I got my order when I did, was because I called and my husband went in to see WHY. They said “it doesn’t show you checked in”. The lady that was INTENTIONALLY skipping me, said “I’ll be right with you” and kept going to others. So what did she do? Dismiss my order???? DO BETTER!!! I have a video of her just chatting with a friend and eating on the clock and just not bringing my order."

"We always get the cookie cake that is out and ready. I wanted one that was specialized for a birthday party, so I ordered one..... 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. It was horrible - dry, old, the inside wasn't covered in icing like usual, it just fell apart. I only ordered one because they are So rude if I ask them to write anything on the ones that are out. Terrible service, Terrible cake, and terrible customer service!! Very disappointed!"

"This Sam's Club had great employees very helpful in finding the location of an item if one can't be located yourself. They are very friendly and polite as well. The best deal here would be very hard to pick but aside from the retail products, they're little food eatery is one of the reasons I keep stopping by time and time again. Not many places where you can get a good lunch for under 4 dollars. Not even five under 4! That's pretty amazing now a days and had kept me coming back for years. Love sam's, Love the deals, Love the food, Love the employees! Y'all keep rocking like this and I'll def be back!"

"Sam's Club is my new favorite store. I've been there 3 or 4 times already and I've only had my Sam's Card 2 weeks. The store is humongous with deals. everywhere. The prices are very good for the amount you pay for items. I love buying in bulk so this works out great for me. The meat counter is phenomenal. The prices are great and the meat counter is usually stocked pretty good. The steaks are really nice. I like almond milk so i decided to try they're brand and was delicious. Im a Sam's shopper for life."
