"Workers move slowly and nonchalantly and are rude to customers. Watched one employee walk off as a customer was complaining about someone arriving after him and getting his order first."

"Service was absolutely trash I told her when I ordered I would like extra fire sauce and when she gave me my order I asked her again I ordered 6 tacos she gave me 5 also very rude literally the worst taco bell Ive been to purposeley screwed my order up because im Caucasian smh"

"today 9/2/23 just before 11am my family stopped to eat. on walking in I noticed the floor was sticky. all employees were setting in the dining area having a meeting. No one acknowledged just walking in. While I prefer to order food from a person at a register I want to head and use the kiosk. After Receiving our cups I started to notice how dirty the entire restaurant was! food on tables/floor, trash under the tables and the odd smell like the trash had not been taking out the night before. After receiving our food, I noticed one item was wrong, I went and stood at their registers for quite a while before anyone acknowledge me there. It took several minutes from my item to be fixed. Overall, I think this could have been a much better experience if employees were doing their job!"

"The worst place to get fast food. Half the order is always missing and THEY DONT COOK THE FOOD. Literally got a cheesy roll up for my son and it was just cold shredded cheese thrown into a cold taco. This place is pitiful and full of lazy people. I was the only person there so there is no excuse to why all this happened."

"I should have taken a picture of the burrito too, I thought I’d let it go and then I get to this quesadilla not even cut all the way through and hardly anything in it. Food is consistently under made and if they mail you coupons for their mess up this location doesn’t accept them."
