"I just went in their store to get a smoothie because the line was wrapped around the building and they never acknowledged me even standing there for 20 mins. The guys taking the order we’re African American and as soon as a African American woman came In they perked up and took her order before taking mine. While standing a listening the girl at the window asked one of her fine co-workers if whatever he made was made with the correct bowl and he said no. She asked if she should give the smoothie to the person in the car line and he told her she should. She gave whoever just paid $12 for a smoothie what they didn’t pay for. I don’t write reviews but that place is a joke. The last two times I’ve been there their smoothies didn’t taste like they have in the past."
"The owner will take care of you if you contact him. My order wasn't right and the owner sent a new smoothie to my work. Now that's taking business seriously."
"Always good and perfect the drinks and snacks are always hitting the spot. The service could be better if there was more supervision of the workers but overall very good place that you should try."
"I like smoothie king but my only complaint about this location is that they don't always fill the cup up to the top. It's been happening more often recently. I think if I order 2 smoothies, they should be at the same level when I get them but they aren't most of the time. One will be full and the other will look like this picture. I'm not sure how often I'll be going back to this location. But I'll still give them 4 stars because they always taste good & everyone is friendly"
"I had a great experience today at the Smoothie King in Ruston!! Jeremy and his co-worker were so busy with drive thru and in store customers. Even though they were busy and multi-tasking like no other, they BOTH took time to connect with customers. I was so indecisive but Jeremy remained patient with me and helped me choose my smoothie. Give both of these gentlemen a pat on the back 2X!!!"
