"Ordered for delivery through the Pizza Hut app. 1-1/2hrs later app still showed my order was in the oven. At the 50min mark I began attempts to call the restaurant, and the couple times I got through to a person, after explaining my issue I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before I gave up... Eventually drove to the location and find out Pizza Hut is using Doordash for delivery even for orders from their own app and the drivers kept cancelling the pickup for my order. I understand these aren't Pizza Hut employees, but Pizza Hut is responsible for ensuring reliable delivery for orders through their first-party app as far as I am concerned. In addition, the person at the pick-up window was clearly aware of the issue, but no one could pick up a phone to inform me??? So we finally get our food and while the pasta was still fairly hot, the pizza was cold and they forgot the marinara sauce for our cheese sticks... Hands down the WORST experience I have had with any national pizza chain..."
"Pizza Hut sends mailed coupons, but You can’t use them at the ruston store. Due to previous poor quality food, that was the ONLY reason I attempted to order. Never again."
"My pizza was very undercooked. I don't mind doughy bread but the toppings weren't cooked and didn't stick to the cheese. I couldn't eat it the way it came, thank goodness for an air fryer. I didnt want to make my own pizza tonight. Also, they forgot to put honey BBQ on my honey BBQ wings, smh, there is a drop of sauce at the bottom but unfortunately it wasn't enough to coat all the wings. I'm giving them 2 stars because delivery was fast"
"We have ordered carry-out several times from this location - fresh every time! Okay to good service at pickup, depends who is there. We usually order online for ease. Pizzas were topped, sauced, & cheesed well. Yummy cheese sticks too. Most recently they were out of some toppings we requested but no one called to let us know (or discounted), once we arrived to pickup they gave us a credit towards our next purchase."
