"We waited in the second line, but the person taking the order only took orders of this in the first line. We watched as 10 cars get their orders taken while we waited first in line for nothing"
"Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I ordered through the app just to arrive and get yelled at in the parking lot by three employees that they are closed!! Yeah I totally believe that! 24 hours is a joke. I pulled up to the window to be told once again they are closed and that my last 10 dollars won’t be refunded to me for another hour. Customers should not have to reap the consequences of the lying, lazy, and inconsiderate employees."
"The morning crew seems pretty squared away, but often have technical issues with mobile orders. Today at lunch I observed a screeming match between two employees at the first drive-through window. Not very reassuring."
"This location in Ruston sucks!!!! Either they messed up your order or they make you wait forever !!! It’s been hell here! The food is never fresh, the customer service sucks and they always messing up an order ! I live close so I come here for travel convenience but I rather go to the other location way across town . Don’t eat to this location ! They always messing something up"
"This establishment NEEDS a staff makeover starting with the General manager. The shift lead wasn't any better. The owner definitely needs to hire a whole new team of so called management. Everyone has a bad attitude and are rude, loud and obnoxious. This is the rudest most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever been to. Not to mention seems like everyone is related to each other. What a conflict of interest. I see why this establishment is ran very badly."
