"I really like the Caramel mochiata with an extra pump of vanilla, warm. IT is delicious. I would recommend trying the honey citrus mint tea also."

"I'm not a regular SB patron, unless I'm traveling and need a good espresso. First time ordering in the app then picking up inside, as I had recently downloaded a gift card! Best way to order, get points, and see the menu breakdown. Updated interior, with cool bag/purse hooks at each table. Not junked up with laptoppers and wifi leaches (a reason I stopped coming to SB in general). This is a must stop when traveling!"

"This is by far the worst Starbucks I have gone to. I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink w/ no ice or strawberries. The barista fixed my drink with a half cup of ice then realized my order doesn't have ice. She proceeded to pour the drink into another cup then poured it off the ice to give to me. When she handed my drink, it was half full. I told her that I ordered a Trenta not Grande. She tells me that it's like that because I didn't want ice. EXCUSE ME!! I understand that the rules have changed, but these drinks are too darn high to not get what I ordered. I took a picture for proof, and I will be reaching out to management about it. This is just ridiculous."

"Congratulations to Kyle — today is his first day working @ SBUX. Understandably he was having a little trouble keying in my complicated order. Then my SBUX phone app inexplicably wigged out & I couldn’t use my stars ⭐️ to pay for my coffee. I offered to step out of line while I got my app fixed. Brooke stepped in, performed a Jedi Knight trick, and comped my drink. I doubly admired her Master’s level customer service maneuver: turning a newbie employee + a tech-dull customer into a pleasant surprise, and who doesn’t love a free Venti? ;)"
