"We celebrated our 5th year anniversary here tonight. The manager Benn was amazing and very accommodating! I didn’t get our waitress’s name but she was the sweetest, everyone else we talked to was friendly too. It’s nice to finally find a restaurant that cares about their guests. The food was delicious and we had the best night. I will recommend The Pearl to everyone I know. ❤️"

"This is my second time going to the Pearl. There were 8 of us for dinner. It took almost an hour and 15 minutes for our food. Then one of us didn't even get anything, supposedly the pasta was still cooking even though another person ordered the same pasta dish. The steak dish was ordered medium and came out medium rare. The pasta is described as a cream sauce, well, its red sauce. Even the waitress said that a lot of people are upset when it comes out and it is not a white sauce. Maybe when people order the pasta dish, they need to let people know that it is not a white cream sauce they are probably expecting. Both pasta dishes that were ordered were not eaten...not great. The sea bass was good . The chairs are uncomfortable when you have to sit for 2 hours, music was loud. When we got our ticket of $400+. I know why we did not see our waitress that often because they automatically added a "service fee of 18%". For the price I would rather go to 2 johns for better food and better service. Maybe still working kinks out.......oh, and it was not packed at all, maybe lack of staff. At least the manager should have known our long wait but never seen or asked to talk to one at that point."

"My coworkers and I had a great lunch at The Pearl Shreveport. It was the 1st visit for a couple of us but I'm quite sure it won't be our last. The atmosphere was warm and inviting while the service was quick and attentive. We all enjoyed our meals and thought hard about dessert. Highly recommended"
