I looked around around and got estimates. Brooks fireplace and hvac was very competitive with others in the area. Ronnie and Renee are the real deal. I wanted to get everything replaced before the cold set in. They took care of me very quickly, but they are also very professional and courteous. Ronnie and Renee both answered all my questions and even explained how the system works so that I would use it efficiently. They both know their business very well. They are the original Brooks hvac. Renee and Ronnie took over this segment of her parents business when they decided to retire. So If you want generations of experience, knowledge, professionalism, courtesy all at a competitive price done in a timely manner this is where to go. I know for me they are now my go to for all my heating system and cooling needs. Remember there are two Brooks in this town. If it's not Brooks fireplace and hvac you've gone to the wrong one."
