"Today On Mother’s Day went to Starbucks Barksdale AFB , it’s the most disgusting frappe I ever ordered there . So disappointed, it’s has no taste and it got some kind of crumbs . I couldn’t turn around to return it because I’m already off base .. so the trash can is enjoying it .."

"Not a “real” Starbucks, despite appearances. Drinks not consistent with SB standards. Specialty drinks have way too much milk, little flavor, shots wrong. Don’t under shaken espresso. Think that butter is still an option when requesting “non-dairy” bagel. Don’t understand the difference between “cream” and 2% milk. Sad."

"Not usually a rating guy, but this place was bad. Almost walked out due to the smell of dirty mop water. (I should have.) Was "greeted" by the barista who slouched behind the counter and almost seemed bothered I was there. I mispronounced my order (slight accent) to which she responded in a condescending tone, with her opinion of the correct pronunciation, "You mean, cappuccino?" She then asked what size I wanted, and as I looked around the counter for cups to compare, she says impatiently, "Small, medium, large." I told her the size, and she told me the total. Then she just walks off. I paid with my card, and waited. It took another employee to come over and tell me my card had gone through...never got offered a receipt of any kind. I don't go to SB for the coffee, it's average at best. I go for the environment, and I won't be going back to this one. Too bad our military is subject to it."

"Fast service, tasty coffee like any Starbucks. However, pretty upset they don’t have a way to scan for rewards. More worth it for me to go to Starbucks off base and visit FSS for my coffee needs on base since they have a rewards program available."
