"Donuts are always fresh and serves is always friendly, place is always clean whether you eat inside or out. I like eating outside, but there's only one table and four chairs to sit in outside, but it's always open when I go."

"You all need to get rid of the manager of this location. She's got the worst attitude I have ever seen. The coffee here sucks. The food sucks. The donuts are always stale. When you try to correct your order, you are always met with an argumentative employee instead of them just correcting it."

"What happened to the good chocolate icing? This whipped icing isn’t good on donuts! Also there is a difference between chocolate frosted and chocolate glazed!"

"I ordered online like I always do on 10/25/23 and I when I got to the window I noticed my drink was wrong. I immediately said that doesn’t look right it was almost black(I ordered it with almond milk and sweet cream foam) she said no it’s right that’s why it looks like that. She hands it to me and I see no sweet cream foam and I hand it back to her the employee literally huffed and puffed like a 2 yr old. Then the lady I’m guessing maybe manager was standing right there and I said I would like a refund the first employee I was dealing with walked away and the maybe manager come over and asked how can I help you. I had to explain it all over( she was standing right by the employee while I was telling her what was wrong. I told her I wanted a refund she told me she had to scan the QR code for my refund and I then asked for a number to call and make my complaint she told me I don’t have a number. So I got to work and googled Dunkin’ and found a number come to find out the lady never issued me a refund because apparently you have to call the 1800 number for refunds when it was a mobile order per Susan on the 800 number. I will NEVER NEVER COME BACK. I have got to this locations many of times and their customer service hasn’t been great but I kept giving them a chance but nope not this time. I am over 10 employees and I would never allow this to happen at any of my offices. Please check your employees. If they don’t like working in customer service then then they need a new job."
