"Last visit was.the worst this location. Vast majority of coffee was empty mid morning. The level of professionalism is highly lacking. Used to be an excellent sropping point on travel. Think the issue Lousianna in general. Best stops along I49 south to I10 east are Baton Rouge Alexandria Start Bucks."

"This Starbucks was great! They had the special ingredients needed to make my daughter's coffee and were super pleasant too. She loves coffee made with soy milk so it doesn't upset her stomach. I highly recommend this Starbucks!"

"We would not return to this location again because both men’s and women’s restrooms were unacceptable. The men’s restroom had water on the floor and the ceiling actually leaks water on you at the toilet - disgusting. Not sure if it is a plumbing issue or A/C condensation, but either way it’s unsanitary and health code violations on top of a safety issue that someone could slip and fall. My mother said the women’s restroom was one of the dirtiest she has seen at a restaurant. As far as the order, it was quick service and the cashier very helpful to my mother providing menu item information while my mother was deciding what to get."

"Excellent green tea latte (with coconut milk) but the nitro cold brew was just OK. Staff was friendly knew their stuff. —-/-/—— I’m ready for Starbucks to go back to using our cups. Or reusable. I can’t even imagine how many landfills have been filled with Starbucks mugs by now. Can we go back to using our mugs please? And I don’t need another lid thanks. The above message is not specific to this Starbucks, it’s to Starbucks in general. Starbucks corporate! I hope somebody’s listening."
