"My dog came back with hemorrhages in both of her eyes. Also a bruise on the top of her eye, and a broken nail. We have confirmed with the vet that these are present due to trauma so it’s clear to see that my dog did not feel like she was in a safe environment while she was here. Will not be returning again and super disappointed that the groomer did not acknowledge this. He only said something when I called about the her eyes. Only then he informed me that she had a broken nail and said he did not notice the bleeding in her eye even though it was very prominent. Neglectful in my opinion."

"They did a fantastic job with my poodle. She is a special needs dog with vision issues. They took great care of her during her appointment to insure that she felt comfortable. I will definitely be using them again."

"My puppy is deathly scared of clippers and the sound scissors make when cutting her hair. I usually groomed my dogs in the past and never had an issue like this. So when I tried to clip her I got half her face cut before she flipped out, but with josh she was way better. Now this is her first time so she wasn't able to make it for the whole appt but in half an hour she was bathed, dried, nails clipped, eyes and sanitary areas clipped and he fixed her lopp sided weird look face cut I did... Im so impressed with what they were able to do. Plus the price was awesome. I'll be coming here every time this little fizzgig needs some grooming. I loved it so much that before we got home I already set up the next appt with josh. Thanks man. I also appreciate your customer service. A+ and 5 stars all day."
