"This store has been hit and miss. I have had an employee tell me koi fish don't belong in a pond and then a month and a half or so later they refused sales a half hour before they closed on feeder fish and crickets saying they were short staffed? They had 5 emoyees that night, verified by the store manager. We called both times talking to two different employees who said they were the store manager and neither time did it get dealt with. We finally called corporate and about 30 minutes later the ACTUAL store manager called us back. We went into the store later because again, I needed feeders and the manager took care of us not only for that day but he went above and beyond to make up for the past mistakes of his employees."
