"Wow, I wish i could give no stars, I just tried to drop my dog off to get groomed and they tried to have me sign a release that releases them for any responsibility if my dog in injured while in there care. When I asked the groomer about it she was so rude and dismissive I didnt feel comfortable leaving loved dog in her care. A little customer services sills would be nice if working with the public. I would never leave my animal with anyone that cant take responsibility for her saftey."

"Took my 70 female lab mix in for nail clipping. Even dosed her with anxiety med from vet. She was fighting the lady who was trying to get he in the back room on her leash with choke collar on. I use the collar as a precaution when walking because my dog can be unpredictable with cats and mail men(no kidding) anyway, I guess their solution to getting your frightened dog to the back room is to drag them by the neck! I offered to help as I knew we may have to muzzle her, but no go. No thanks. I'll find someone else and hopefully not so snobby too."

"I've been to so many different groomers for my doodle. Despite brushing frequently, I've still been told by multiple groomers that they cant manage his mats and they shave him to the skin. Despite his hair being longer than I usually allow, Golden Dog was able to maintain his fluffy cuteness. Kim did a fabulous job and I could not be happier. Reasonable price. The nicest staff and so helpful. Kim tutored me on my brushing technique. Also, Kim fit me in for a last minute appointment and they return calls unlike many groomers in this town. I am a very happy dog mama! I mean look at that beautiful boy and his new hairdoo."

"Pro: They did a fantastic job styling my standard poodle and even got out a lot of tough mats. Con: They plucked her ears and they got infected costing me around $100 for her vet appointment and medicine. That being said, poodles tend to have high risk for infection and my dog had never had her ears plucked before. Conclusion: If I bring her back I will not have them pluck her ears."
