"What a wonderful experience I had today. My regular groomer (for a 75 pound shepherd/golden mix) was booked. And this was not for my dog, it was for my Father's Cairn Terrier. Dad went into the hospital last night, and I don't know if he's coming out. At 89, a few things have slipped, including total care of the dog. Badly needing a trim, and obvious ear problems, I called around and finally found Gayle. She was able to fit me in, and now I am so glad that everyone else was busy. Gayle was absolutely wonderful. An outstanding trim, and what must have been nearly a nauseating job of cleaning his ears. Upon picking him up she took the time to discuss with me any problems she had noticed, and made recommendations about diet and Vet care.
