"My mother and I stayed here for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. We found the rooms to be very clean, the staff quite attentive, accommodating and friendly, and the location perfect for our needs. The daily breakfast had a great variety of options, including hot off the stove omelets. We will most definitely be staying there again when we are back in town."

"The rooms are ok. They're clean at least. Beds are hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. There are no elevators. Hot tub jets don't work. The porky front desk lady working on 12/29/23 is rude and not helpful. Very condescending with no customer care skills to speak of and she stands as the reason I will not book my reservation again at this hotel on my next trip. Karen, who works breakfast, is this place's only saving grace. Karen is wonderful. Management would be smart to put the chubby girl in housekeeping away from a job that requires guest interaction and they should put Karen at the front desk dealing with the guests. They'd be more likely to see repeat bookings if they did."

"Stayed here a number of times over the years it has gone downhill dramatically. The last 3 times in a row there were loud rooms with drunks/people partying. Halls were dirty, and sketchy people hanging around the neighborhood. Management didn't seem to care to do anything It's too bad this used to be a decent place at a great price and convenient location but it's total sketch now ."

"This is a GREAT hotel! Stephanie, who checked me in, was so nice and pleasant. The room was immaculate, and the free breakfast was a full-on delight. For what amenities i got, the price was very reasonable. It truly is a Gem. Hope to come through Poulsbo again, and when I do, I'll be staying here. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
