"Have had not great experiences with communication and care. The first time our dog stayed we weren’t told we wouldn’t be able to pick her up on the t day of our reservation (Easter, but no one told us the kennel would be closed and we had to pay for an additional day of boarding). She also came home sick. The second time our dog broke her leg while there, not their fault, but communication was awful. We got one call and then thousands of dollars in vet bills after Trying to deal with that from out of country was incredibly challenging. There was never any follow up communication after leaving her at the emergency vet."
