"***Update: this review was written while I was still attempting to contact Jeff/Swimcraft to collect the $1k. He eventually contacted me and sent a check as promised and provided the forms (which I went to pick up). To be clear, none of the estimates I got for this repair were as low as $1k. The closest I got was $3k. However, I took this payment in lieu of the hassle of small claims court. This section of coping will never match the others, but at least I'm finally done with this saga nearly 2 years later. STAY AWAY! They won't stand behind their work. Jeff has been dodging me for over a year after his concrete coping job started crumbling into my pool. He offered me $1k and the forms to have someone else fix his job, but then completely ghosted me when I tried to collect. Disappeared."
