"Dr. Tegarden has been caring for my pets for twenty+ years both at Dill and many years before. Her entire life is dedicated to animals and it shows in her dedication and compassionate nature to both animals and their owners. I won’t trust my pets’ health to anyone else, she’s the best!"
"Very professional, responsive and informative staff. Thank you for everything you do! Dr. Jacki Tegarden always willing to give as much information as she can over the phone, which clearly shows us that they prioritise the care of our dog above everything. She shows her expertise regularly with targeted solutions and care. The front desk staff are always friendly, quick to respond and they always get our concerns to the doctor in a timely manner."
"I took my cat to this vet hospital three times in the span of about a month and a half. She was in a terrible amount of pain and went into this vet worse than the time before. She was walking funny, she wasn’t eating, she started to bite people if they pet or brushed her in a certain spot, and she had fleas for many months (which weren’t found until the third visit). And nothing they did was helping. Later at home, I saw her trying to walk and she ended up falling to the ground. I sped her to a 24/7 clinic out in Auburn and they found out she was allergic to fleas. That was the least of it. They found that she had diabetes, kidney failure, pancreatitis, and possibly cancer, but she was too far to be saved and they didn’t want to bother looking for it. I had to end my cat, my emotional support animal, my best friend’s life that Thursday morning at this Auburn clinic at 2am because Dill’s Vet Hospital hardly bothered to actually test and treat my cat whenever I brought her in. We had been patients there for a few years and now that she’s gone, we refuse to ever step foot in there again. Please go to literally any other veterinary clinic/hospital."
"When I took my very sick dog to this clinic, after the exam all the vet had to say was I needed to schedule an appointment to get her teeth cleaned! Did no one even bother to read the paper work they make you fill out? With no diagnosis and no no treatment, my dog managed to live for another week. This is a horrible clinic. If you want your pet's teeth cleaned, bring your pet here, but they probably don't even do that, correctly."
"My dog Chewy had been suffering for a while. We decided it was best to let him go to Doggie Heaven. Dr. T was so gracious as she helped me through the process. Everyone was so kind. I will continue to bring my other dog Bella and my cat Nala here because Dr. T and the staff cares, and it's noticed, even on the phone. ---- Mahalo All!!!"
