"Stay away from south facing units if you’re a light sleeper! The building across from The Traingle that is still under construction is reflecting traffic noise into the south facing units. You do get built-in air conditioning though, which is nice."

"Only lived here for a month and a half now, but so far it’s been nice. The building is built well and even though my neighbors have little kids, I rarely hear them unless they are screaming. Same goes for outside noise, if you have the windows closed you barely hear anything. I am impressed. The staff are super responsive and helpful as well. Chris is a good guy. Everything works well and so far I’ve been happy."

"I’ve comfortably lived at the Triangle Apartments for several years and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to reside in downtown Redmond. It’s in a safe area, has excellent amenities (especially for large birthday parties), and most importantly is run by a reliable and efficient staff crew that goes above and beyond to help their residents. Thank you to Christopher Sipe for managing a great team, and to Katelyn for all of your assistance, especially while I’m on crutches."

"I love the apartment, we left the building 2 weeks ago, we miss it. All good memories, the manager Chris is an awesome guy, super friendly and helpful. Maintenance guy he is quite, barely talk but he helped us a lot to fixed stuff when it broke quickly. The location is convenient."

"Just a few month ago we moved in this apartment. It is so close to everything in downtown. These are the new apartments so we have all new appliance, so clean and at a very convenient location. They have a Coffee machine which has all types of coffees including Hot chocolate, vanilla shots etc which is complimentary for everyone. The best thing is that we have a direct view of Mount Rainier from our apartment and also a entire view of downtown from our den. The apartment is so spacious and luxury that anyone will be more than happy to stay here. For now I am enjoying staying here with my family and hoping to have a best experience at Triangle Apartment."
