"Three days before our trip, our dog went for the trial run since it'd been 6 months since he had been there. They said, "I think it's a no." Why? "It says here he had issues last time. Today, he kept looking for you, not interacting with the other dogs." We were never told of any previous issues and why let us wait for the trial until 3 days before if there had been issues? This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. Blessing in disguise. Some new friends took Marty instead and he was happy as a clam."

"Staff was always friendly but the three times I brought my pup here she would never play which is totally unheard of as she loves other dogs and plays like crazy at dog parks and when we have fosters and at her previous doggie daycare. While I understand not every dog is a good fit for certain styles of doggie daycare, I feel like from what I saw there were a lot of dogs in a small area. It did look like some dogs were having a great time and it is clean so my opinion is just know your pup and see if it is a good fit. I wish it was for us!"

"My dogs love the Pampered Pets Resort and so do I! They always come home happy and tired after a ruff day at the resort. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive and gets to know your pups on a first name basis. Also, the place is always immaculate, sometimes evens smells like fresh bleach on arrival in the evening (love it!). They do a great job of assessing dogs before caring for them, so I feel my pets are safe and in good hands when I leave them there. 10/10 would recommend for doggy daycare!"
