"Had my 2 dogs service and been charged for the service that wasn't been authorized. Terrible service @ grooming. Not all of them... My dog smells like they didn't give them a bath. My dogs wrinkles are all crusty and didn't even clean the ears. I got home and i have to clean it. And they tried to include the $27 tip?"

"I am livid. What did they do to my dog… I simply asked for a teddy bear cut and this is how I picked her up.. I’ve never had an experience like this. My poor dog. We have a family photo shoot coming up and they completely made my dog look horrendous. They didn’t even consult me about shaving her entire face. Also left her ears scraggly and uneven. What’s up with her brows?! She looks like an old bald man. I just don’t recognize my dog! Their excuse is that she was so matted.. I’m sorry but she actually wasn’t and I always brush her! VALED EXCUSE for a quick mess up. Two other people who took their dogs in at this location had the same exact experience! Stay away and the person that cut my dog was TYLER. The team isn’t helpful at all and blame you for the situation. Never going back. Please learn from my experience. They won’t refund you or work with you."
