"I love this location and the staff members! Everyone is so friendly and extra helpful, the location is clean and the aquatics department is very knowledgeable. I have visited about 6 times in the past 2 months and have always had a great experience. The best part is that the pets are like a free exhibit to take my daughter to see. She loves watching all the fish and even recently bought her own! Our fish are happy and healthy because of all the guidance we received. "You guys are no longer doing the extra deals with the app. There was a lot of things you could get one being the reason we switched from petsmart to petco was the fact we got the 10th bag of dog food free. Well with an app update couldn't log in had to uninstall and reinstall the app and come to find out all those deals were gone. Not only that but the sales associate knew cause she had this look on her face and said yes a lot of people are having this issue. She asked the manager on the other till and the manager said we are no longer doing get the 10th bag for free. I know the associate already knew the answer so why did the manager have to tell us. We will only be buying treats as you guys have the treats my dogs like since it is your brand. We will be buying our dog food from petsmart again. One it is closer and two there is no incentive to buy the same dog food at petco since the cost is the same."

"The store itself is fine. The salt fish area could use a scrubbing and please take care of cobwebs. Crickets everywhere, I don't minds them, but really, work on it's enclosure. Great fish variety of fish, several tanks had floaties if dead fish, 2-3 in almost every one. Anyway, I stopped to check out the critters with my kids, didn't buy anything. Prices are decent if you can't wait for Amazon to deliver."

"We LOVE grooming day with Dani!! She is so phenomenal with our dog, she’s always so cheery and gives him soooo much love. He was extra dirty this trip since he had just spent 4 days playing in the ocean. Highly recommend requesting her for grooms and never have any hesitation when I leave him in her care.
