"I was just so impressed on how all the groomers in the room were so careful and kind and caring with the animals. I explain that she has a lot of social anxitey is and they were super caring when taking care of our girl. She did not like her back claws worked on. So another groomer came over and got in her face and rubbed her ears and loved on her while the other guy finished the job. Also I was impressed by the setup when only one dog is allowed in the reception room at a time that brought me peace of mind since our girl is not very well socialized. We will be back! Thank you so much for hiring such caring staff!"
