"The best navy lodge in the US & I’m not exaggerating. Costumer service was outstanding, the cleaning personnel were very polite & respectful. Everything was very clean & the environment felt welcoming. I really loved my stay there & everyone was great. Thank you so much."
"*update ** about an hour after leaving this review the front desk called and asked us if we wanted to move rooms. The room is the family suite room and it's exactly what I was asking for in the review. I did not know they had this room I thought the room my family was put in was the biggest size. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and she really worked to accommodate us better. Changed my star rating from 2 to 4. I want to start with the positive. The breakfast they offer every morning is amazing. There are quite a few options to choose from. The cleanliness is also superb . The tvs are upgraded and you can access Netflix and YouTube from the TV. Those deserve 5 stars. The reason for my 2 star rating is because if you have a family this place is very crowded to stay in. We are a family of 4. In our room is 2 queen sized beds, that take over the entire room. In one corner you have a bathroom and in the next corner you have a kitchen ( that doesn't have an oven by the way). You have a small table with some chairs bu the kitchen, and one chair you can sit and relax in. It's not sustainable for a larger family because, pretty much to lounge and relax we have to set on the beds to be comfortable. It's very crowding sharing a space while in the process of pcsing, especially when being in a room for a longer period of time. I wish they had rooms separate for lounging and sleeping. My next issue is the laundry. First, it's very outdated. They still require quarters to use the washer and dryer , and it's not cheap. $1.25 to wash and $1.50 to dry. I had to dry my same load twice so that was $3.00. The washers aren't cleaned regularly. They are very dirty , especially around the lid area. These need to be updated to where you can use your card to do laundry. The front desk will give you quarters, but for someone like me who doesn't really carry, it get inconvenient. Especially if you run out of quarters and your laundry isn't dry. In conclusion, it's not a bad place, but in my personal opinion, it is not for a family who is pcsing."
"Worst hotel experience in a long time-where do I begin. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you have to! I'll start with the reservation - you have to call to make it because the Navy is that outdated and hope its done correctly but if not you're still paying. Then if you ask for a 2 bed room (because you're an adult traveling with your old Mom) hope you get one because you probably won't unless you have a "typical Navy family" - male, spouse, and few kids. If not, you're stuck sleeping on on a pull out sleeper without a pillow, fitted sheet, or blanket and the complimentary feeling of every spring. Last there ARE normal pet fees so might as well stay at the brand new LaQuinta up the road for less, an actual bed for adults without the judgement of a family, online reservations you make yourself, and get the points vs an outdated room, terrible service, and a garbage sleeper without blankets/sheets. If you fancy Hotel Indigo is next level GLAMOUROUS nice aaaaaaannnnd the same price! I admit I stayed because of personal sentimental value without realizing how horrible it could possibly be."
"I stopped for 1 night as I was to tired to make it home. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. A Continental breakfast the next morning had good choices."
"We really enjoyed out stay! We were able to get the last two rooms, while traveling with friends. The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice with so many options. It felt very safe there. You wouldn't even realize it was off base! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here. Can't beat the prices for having a room with a kitchenette!"
