"They damaged my mirror and didn’t clean the interior roofing or the fabric panels of my doors. When we took my vehicle back, the smug owner insisted that his employee who he claims is the best window tinter in town would never do such a thing. I would have definitely noticed if I had random and bizarre scratches on the rear view mirror of my daily driver. He wiped some things down and sent my father away. Mistakes happen - the detailer must have bumped it with equipment as I can assume from the marks, but I don’t appreciate being patronized. I love supporting local businesses but for $220, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere."
