"I brought my car in thinking I had a slow battery drain, and had used a code reader to look for the problem and brought a printout with me. If I am to believe my invoice, the technician did a draw test, found it within spec, then found no amp spike present. Then tested the battery and found it failed the load test. How long does that take? I was not called at any time by your service desk person to update me on the car and finally had to call iin myself at 4 pm (car was brought in at 8:30am!). He told me they had found no draw but battery failed load test. I authorized replacing the battery. The service desk person said he would now have to ask the technician if she could put the battery in before the end of the day at 4:30. She agreed, and I was told the car would be ready at 4:30, so the battery installation took less than a half an hour. I was charged $437.50 for labor, which is 2.5 hours @ $175/hr. If installing the battery took less than half an hour, that means the tests reported on the invoice took over 2 hours. To me, that is not at all reasonable. That's a long way from reasonable. Maybe half an hour max? I would like you to review this and consider a refund of some of that labor charge."

"I am a proud owner of a 2022 Ford bronco. I have been there already four or five times. Two times was for a service recall which was handled quickly efficiently. I even was able to wait for one of them. I had my first service and I was able to wait and pick up my car within a few hours. As I live, probably 30 miles away, they even offered to drive me home and pick me up. So far I am very pleased with their service."
"I’ve had issues with this Ford for years. They sold me a car that already had problems without disclosing those issues, when I asked about the issues their excuse was “that’s just how this year of car is.” Unfortunately I was young and didn’t have any experience with cars I felt that they took advantage of that. Ever since their service department has been absolutely horrible. They left the dipstick out when changing my oil so I had oil all over the inside of my hood, they even tried to blame me for that. My year of Focus has been known to have transmission issues, I have brought my car in often for them to fix the recalls but instead they just “reset” the transmission telling me this resolves the issue better than the recall. Now my car doesn’t even run and they said all of my recalls are expired. I wouldn’t be having many of these issues if they didn’t just do the recalls from the beginning. They also never return phone calls. Most recently I brought our car in, the check engine light was NOT on when my husband brought it in, when we left the car wouldn’t go over 35 mph and the check engine light is on. After two weeks of calling and leaving messages, they finally got back to us and literally said nothing they can do unless we want to pay to replace the transmission which is more than the car is worth. I’ve never felt like they were helping me when it came to my car. I will never be buying from here again."
"I had my car fully detailed at Bellingham Ford. They did a wonderful job. I keep finding surprise areas throughout my car that I didn't think they'd even touch, like under the hood! Highly recommend. The only thing I'd change was getting to pick my own scent for afterward, but they did warn me that theirs was strong. I just took it out. It's beautiful!"
