"Fabulous! Went in with catalytic converter issue. Karl provided clear information about my options. Helped me understand the car process and answered every question with a smile. Feeling no pressure, I chose to get a diagnostic which gave clear direction as to the exact converter having issues. Instead of changing all 3, which had been advised by 2 prior mechanics, only 1 needed to be replaced, saving about $3,000.
