"I have had Alex out to my house a couple of times for help with electrical work (and am getting ready to call him again with some more questions). He came to my house and installed a bunch of new plugs as my 100 year old house only had one in each room and I have a LOT of electronics. Here's a side note about his patience: Later, I turned on the kettle and the microwave at the same time, and that action popped the breaker in my house. I had purchased the house a little under a year prior and for some reason, I had no idea where the breaker box was. I searched my whole house for like two hours (including crawling around under the house with a flashlight - do not recommend) and finally called Alex (like 12 times) because it was winter and I had no power. Anyway, that day I learned that sometimes the breaker box is installed on the OUTSIDE of your house, but it's never in the crawlspace. And Alex came by on his way home from another job to reset the breaker, show me how to open and ensure it's closed, and then headed out. Super patient with my ignorance - his card hangs next to my favorite plumber."
