"FOR YOUR SAFETY STAY AWAY! Greetings, I'm making this post for the safety of this companies future customers. Edit: Reached out to customer service email twice and voice mail four times, no reply. Edit 2: Spoke with a manager, 1-17, waiting on an apology letter for their failure to document the unsafe condition of my vehicle. However, I believe they believe their words are more valid then their paper work. Edit 3: waited one month for apology, never arrived. Edit 4: letter arrived 3-1-24, they apologize for our decision to drive an unsafe vehicle. Cannot make this company's blant disregard for their customers safety up. They did not complete repairs and left our vehicle in unsafe condition to drive! This company is putting cars on the road in unsafe condition, hiding their actions by altering their records to cover the lack of accurate repairs and hanging up on customers who what an explanation for their choice put an unsafe car on the road. I brought our vehicle for an inspection in August, then returned this December for battery problems. After the car's continued problems, I found the battery was free floating. I have repeatedly needed to jump my vehicle over the last few months, but after the last service, my battery was moving freely inside the car. When contacting the manager, I was informed the barrak holding my battery in place had been missing since my car's inspection in August. He had told me of the lack of a barrack and it was noted in the last two bills. After reviewing these bills, I found no mention of a missing barrack on the safety inspection before a long road trip. Nor, I can find mention of a missing barrack on my oil change bill. This company can't be trusted to repair your vehicle. Please find service elsewhere."
"If I could give no stars I would. The fat lazy desk guy would set appointments up . But wasn’t sticking to the appointment. I dropped my car off one time to have them look at it. They found 1 thing wrong with it. Then, I went to get my car and it was worse. I took it back. They made me wait 3 hrs after I already set up an appointment. They had 3 people drive my car , they said it was just me basically. I take it to Meineke and they found 9 problems wrong with my car!!!! These cats here are lazy as a bone. Fat and lazy at that. Their “mechanics” are waaayy too young or stupid to know anything about cars. Don’t waste your time, money or energy. These people need to be shut down & dealt with. Someone needs to sue them big time!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!"
"Came in today and got my tires done. Reasonably priced and great service, but Paul, the manager, was outstanding! He was so nice and had a lot of great answers to all of my questions. The 5 stars aren’t for the store, they are for Paul. Thank you for making my experience great!"
"I would like to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your Precision Tune Auto Care location. I have been a loyal customer for oil changes, but this time, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. During my last visit, the technicians stripped the oil plug on my 2016 BMW 550i and replaced it with a non-OEM plug. Furthermore, they improperly installed the oil filter cup, resulting in oil leakage that has not only soiled the underside of my car but also left oil drops in my parking spot. What concerns me the most is that when I initially brought the car in, there were no signs of an oil leak; it was clean. However, after the service, there is oil everywhere. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk dismissed my concerns, stating that minor oil seepage is acceptable and not a significant issue. This is a major problem for me. I can't travel far in this car right now because I'm constantly worried about the oil level in the engine. Every morning, I start by adding oil to the engine, and I know that if there is a lack of oil in the engine, it could lead to serious engine damage that would be expensive to repair. Additionally, I'm currently trying to sell this car, and I've lost two potential buyers because they discovered oil under the engine. In summary, this experience has been highly disappointing. I find it difficult to comprehend how a car could leave your facility with an oil leak, especially considering that you received the car without any signs of an oil leak, and with the response of your employee suggesting it's not a problem. Now, I need to address and rectify these issues, including ordering an engine car wash to remove the oil stains. I cannot recommend this location to my friends for future oil changes. I kindly request that you address these concerns and take immediate steps to rectify the situation."
"I brought my Toyota to Precision having an electrical problem with the cars climate control. They spent nearly 5 hours on the vehicle and I was told they could not find the problem they needed more time ( my current bill was $350) I told them to please get the car back in shape and I will take the car to another facility. I was given a $50 credit. So I paid them $300 and my car is worse off than when I took it there. I have no turns signals or brake lights and they worked when I brought it in. The manager told me even though his technician was poking around pulling fuses/ testing relays that it wasn't their fault and I should take it somewhere else. I took the vehicle to another facility and they found that the fuse to the blower was shot. After they took the dash apart 2 connectors : onefor the 4 way flasher and the other one for the blower motor that were not connected or seated properly. Everything works now after I went to another shop. I also found several tools in the car and under the hood. very unprofessional Please look around for another facility these people do not know what there doing. This was my first experience with Precision Tune and also my last. Sincerely, Frank"
