"Over a week after I was told 2 days for shipping and the 3rd day to schedule to fix my cracked screen from another repair shop, I cancelled my order there and decided to try Quick Repair. I arrived around 1:00 on Friday and Jay said he would have the part around noon on Saturday. I'm not going to lie and was skeptical it could happen that quick but I took the chance. I called Saturday around 2:00 and sure enough, Jay said part is in and he closes at 7:00. It took him less than a half hour to fix whereas the other place said it should take about 1 1/2 hours. If you need it fixed fast with excellent service, take it here."

"Upfront this place is awesome and would highly recommend! I originally went to Best Buy and was given the run around. They said my unit was damaged and not just my front screen. They also didn’t have the part and told me that they would have to hold the phone until the part came. I saw reviews about quick repair and decided to try them. We were able to order the part and was able to hold on to my phone while the part came. The part was ready in two days and once it came in the phone was fixed in 10 minutes. My iPhone 15 pro max works great and the screen quality is just like new. If the need arises for me then I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place."

"I paid $580 to get my screen and battery fix I was going to go to Apple, but I went to different spots before I went to Apple to get different price quotes he took the screws out of my phone. When I told him I was going to Apple and never gave them back. I went to Apple and asked them how much would it cost? They told me they would have to replace the whole phone because the screws are missing. I went back to Him to get it fixed. My phone broke a week later I told him he said it had nothing to do with him. My phone had no correction has never been dropped it blacked out from his repair. Horrible service wouldn’t ever recommend getting anything done by him."
