"Very unprofessional…I brought my both in to have it fixed and three weeks later, they still had not even looked at it."

"Expensive call out fee ($300), issue was not repaired, and not responsive. We full time RV and couldn't bring into the shop and husband was not available to repair so we decided to use a mobile repair company while still under warranty. We called O'Neill's for a broken electric water heater and we were located at Joint Base Lewis McChord military base. They mentioned that they had a scheduled repair on base and asked if we could do the same day they would be on base. We accepted the date and adjusted our schedule. They arrived at our site and changed out a wire and thermostat. Shame on us for not asking but never would we have thought the call out fee would be $300 especially after being told they were already coming out to the same RV park for someone else. I called numerous times to discuss the call out fee and the owner finally called me back. He agreed to reimburse us $100 which was better than nothing (but more on that later). The water was much warmer but not "hot" as before. I tried calling but never received a return call. Less than a month later, the electric water heater was not working again. I tried calling and texting again to ask if there could be a deeper issue but never heard back. Turns out that O'Neill's replaced the GAS water heater thermostat and not the electric one which was broken and the subsequent repair was $30 and works great ever since. Bottom line, a very expensive service call that didn't fix the problem and we never received the $100 refund after 2 months now. My biggest complaint is just never hearing back from them. Just very disappointed in the overall experience and wouldn't recommend O'Neill's."

"I am pleased with the result, esp. since 2 other repair places had failed. I knew our new RV would be so much better with 3 dimmer switches on the LED lights. Several repair places I called were either unable or couldn't fit our tight schedule. O'Neill's had to order in parts, and run a ground wire behind the wall, but completed the job on time without any damage to the interior finish. It was expensive in the end, but they achieved a great result. The only improvement would have been to let us know a ballpark estimate that it would take 7.5 hours of labor (not merely that they had to order parts in) so we could have considered the cost before agreeing instead of having sticker shock when we picked it up."

"Travelled through the area and suspected our batteries had died in our travel trailer. Phoned as we headed into town and explained our situation, they felt they could take a look with no problem. Tested batteries, both dead. Installed new batteries, in and out in about 20 minutes. Friendly, competent service. We were so appreciative for the quick fix"

"I needed a MaxxAir Maxx fan deluxe installed on my 2020 Ford Transit 250 medium roof/148wb van. After calling several RV dealerships and repair shops, these folks gave me the best price and were able to get me in for an appointment within a week instead of a couple of months. They did a great job and didn't break the bank. Best of all, it was done in about an hour! I would highly recommend this awesome shop. 8/9/22 UPDATE I'm happy to report that the fan is still working as designed and I have not had any issues with water leaks or anything despite all the rain we had this past winter / spring."
