"The work is done as it should be, and Rolf's does it right. With that said, it was crazy expensive, and communication was lacking from my previous experiences. My car was there for over two weeks and nearly double the cost when finished. The only communication was via an email service estimate with no explanation to the higher costs. In the past, I'd get a call as well as the email detailing what was up. I will cut them a little slack as they are opening another location and scrambling for manpower to cover all their bases, however this was the first time I felt I was left in the dark as to what was happening with my vehicle. I've been going to Rolf's for years and this is my second vehicle they've taken care of. I will go back for my needed service in the future, but will be more mindful of how the communication, etc. goes."

"I bought an X5M from a dealership and had Rolf do a PPI. Considering I live out of state this is the best way to insure the quality of the vehicle that I am purchasing. Even though Rolf's customer service was great, the inspection was not. I was told the car was in great condition but could use standard services. When I received the vehicle it needed over $18,000.00 in work. Here's what makes it worse, Rolf knew that I own a nationally recognized euro auto repair shop. If they would screw me over, I can assure you they would do the same to you."
