"This place goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I've had to work with the service department a few times for recall and warranty work on my truck. Every time they're super fast to schedule, when I show up the advisors are SUPER enthusiastic to help and also treat the customer like their concerns are reasonable. When I took my truck in for having an issue with the backup camera it happened that the intermittent issue was showing when I dropped the truck off. The advisor hopped off his computer and SPRINTED to my still running truck to start debugging the issue. Every step of the process I was updated with a quick call to explain what they'd learned and what the next steps are. All things considered, I'll be driving 30+ minutes to come here, passing multiple other ford dealerships along the way because their service is so good. They've earned it."

"Busy place, book early and get here early, make sure they have the parts to complete the repair. Toilets, disabled parking and lots of spaces to park. Might be a wait initially but they will get to you."

"The people seem friendly, but scheduling an appointment only means scheduling to *get in line*. I showed up for my 8 AM oil change, was told I wouldn’t be out of there till 930, despite having booked a week ago. I left, went to a drive-through oil change place, paid the same price, and was out of there by 8:25AM. Then i got an email three hours later accusing me of missing my appointment, even though the gentleman at the desk told me he cancelled it for me. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if it’s not a real appointment, and then blaming me for your own lack of transparency? Super annoying, and not worth the effort to come back here again."
