"I am a satisfied and a returned customer. Matt has been a tremendous help to our business! He and his crew have always been super willing to help! They were the ones I always called for home theater installations in my house projects and would consistently deliver excellent service. Their installations were professional and swift, and the pricing was reasonable and fair. I appreciate Matt and his team and would recommend them to everyone!"

"This business number is no good. Goes to a phone tree that doesnt make sense. Im sure they are losing lost of business because just like me I am now going to call the next one on the list."
"Never received a call back to schedule my repair."
"Unsure what this actually is. Called the listed number and reached an automated system. Hung up. Received a call from someone who was difficult to understand, who identified themselves as calling from the business. A woman with a significant accent collected my information then dumped me into an automated queue for Homeadvisor. She literally advised me that someone was available for repair and to hold on the line for one moment, then the automated system from homeadvisor kicked on. After speaking to a second person, they seemed very interested in gathering my personal information (but also somehow had all of the information from the first representative) while explaining to me that how difficult it is to repair a television, and I should likely just buy a new one. About 20 minutes into this whole thing and still zero information on anything, other than more questions for my personal information. When I finally asked if this is even a television repair business, I was advised that many business use homeadvisor for their customer service. I was then asked for my details once again. I received no information, no clue what this business is, but it isn't related to any kind of repair shop. I expect my information is likely being sold or something. Do not utilize this business expecting any assistance outside of some automated phone trees and advice that they themselves supplied me: "Don't call us for television repairs." Scammers!"
