Vets got down on the floor to talk to my 15 pound dog, handled her gently and treated her with respect, offered her plentiful treats and made every effort to keep her comfortable. Katy Felton did my dog's dental surgery during the pandemic, removing half of the poor girl's teeth. I was nervous since we were new to their clinic and pandemic restrictions prevented me from even meeting any of the staff. But Dr. Felton spent a lot of time giving me a detailed report, answering all my questions, and generally reassuring me that my sweet pup would be healthier and happier very soon. She was right. I would recommend Grateful Heart to anyone."
