"I'm so grateful to have found DK Systems. I found myself with no working heating system during some freezing heavy frosty days. I hired a different company to come service the the furnace as it had been 2 years. I also had a new heat pump installed last summer and thought maybe something needed to be reset. The first company didn't fix the problem. DK Systems was then recommended to me by my contractor, and they didn't disappoint. They came quickly (one day wait) and found the problem was indeed with my furnace. They informed me it had not been serviced at all to speak of, and that the air filter was put in improperly. They cleaned a "trap" which SHOULD have been done by the first guy, and then flushed some lines, which also SHOULD have been done the first time. They did all this in a quick and timely fashion and thankfully my furnace is working again! The heat pump was working fine. I'm left irritated by the first company, but will recommend DK to everybody. Why isn't DK listed under furnace repair? That's why I didn't know about this company when I googled furnace service and repair, and ended up going with the first company. BIG and expensive mistake."
