"Great service. Very helpful and great to work with. Ethan was top notch tech."
"These guys a are great. Called me back on a Saturday afternoon during a freeze event to come out and diagnose our furnace issue. The tech was there within 30 minutes. Billing/Estimate system is Easy to use and they are excellent at communicating with you through the process. 5 Stars for Jared and the Crew."
"Ethan at R & H mechanical saved me! My oil furnace was on the blink just before we were about to drop down to single digit temperatures. Nobody in town could get to me, but they came running the same day and got me up and going."
"They installed out new heat pump system in our then vacation home. We were not there. A month later we came to visit and it was not functioning. They came and repaired it… for another 2000.00. Today we had it serviced and found out only the emergency heat strips have been functioning all this time due to installation problems and to top it off they failed to register our warranty…. So it cost 10,000.00 for a new system, another 2000.00 for repairs and it has cost a small fortune in wasted electricity and now we get to pay to have the installation redone correctly…. Run from these scam artists….."
"!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Badly done job, tech who came to install our furnace started the job but just removed our old furnace and just left a thin steel rod holding up the rest of the heating system.he then started working on replacing the wall furnace in our garage/daycare, which he did during working hours, he also used parts from the old furnace on the new furnace. After a couple days of turning on and off the furnace after several hours and it smelling of gas, we reported the smell of gas and it was temporarily fixed. The tech also left out floors in both the home and daycare very dirty with dirt, at home there was even a small pile of dirt, our daycare was not only dirty we later found screws on the carpet. Two years later and our heater once again does not work. !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
