"The saga with my 2020 Honda Odyssey and some water-logged carpet was a long and complicated tale with details that would probably bore you to death, similar to how I felt reading reading Homer’s actual “Odyssey” in high school. There were laughs, there were tears, there were mysterious smells, but in the end we finally made it home in one piece. Long story short - I’m sure the service department was total sick of me and my infamous maroon van, but you’d never know it with how wonderful the team at the service department was. Truly some of the best customer service that I’ve experienced, and they took an unfortunate situation and totally did everything in their power to solve the issue and have it done right. Big shout out to Miguel and also the real MVP, Jeff, who was not only responsive, professional but also patient and sympathetic to my concerns. 10/10 would recommend Honda of Burlington for work done in your vehicle."

"I have had our older Honda in there for service three times now, from a major mileage service to an oil change. They have been fairly priced, haven’t tried to “sell” me services I didn’t need. They were on time and on price with service estimates. The front desk people explain things carefully and are extremely friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi, coffee, and it even has a “quiet” side so you can concentrate on any work you need to do while waiting. It’s great to be able to trust an auto service!"

"I have no idea what to say but I just wanna say thank you for being so supportive and caring about customers, if you look at the pictures you can guess how much they love their customers,they provide such a great and huge waiting rooms for their customers, I did oil change my car for the first time In Burlington WA, I met this place found it Amazing, they have , coffees, and parts and everything was great and they are very friendly and professional people. "The parts person was complimentary driver in am. He didn't take directions so went beyond my drop off point. I had to ask to be let out. I had to walk to work, and was late because of this. Another time, they didn't get my oil plug in correctly. All the oil emptied out. I missed hours of work. They admitted their mistake, but it cost me wages and left my elderly clients without care that day. Was managed better under Mr Sims. RIP Otherwise, they have done a good job servicing my car."
