Foothills Toyota - Service

"Setup appt to have a new ECM installed and programed. Scheduled at 1030 for a 1.5 hour appt. I removed it myself to double check the part number previously. Took about 30 mins off, and 20 to get back on. I dropped off my truck 45 mins early. Went shopping, came back when it was supposed to be done. Had to wait 4 hours AFTER my appointment time. I called left messages, didn't get any response. Needless to say the frozen foods I bought were thawed into one big bag of wasted food. When asked, the service person said "we're short-handed today". I guess my time off work (more money lost) doesn't really bother them. Once I got the bill, they charged me for hazmat (which there wasn't any), and "shop supplies" (IE Scam) whatever that's supposed to mean. Overcharging customers with hidden fees that don't apply. What a scam this fraudulant dealership is. Will never use them again to buy a vehicle, nor get one repaired."

"If I could 6 stars I would. My 08 Sienna had a healthy power steering leak out of rack and pinion and the PS pump. I had planned a trip out of town for the Labor Day weekend, found out Wed prior of the leak. Arranged w Les Schwab to have work done, they balked, called Jon Evans on Thursday, they took care of the repair, new pump, new OEM reman rack, aligned, and air filter for less than the independent quotes. That is not a normal scenario. Van drives great, no more leaks, and OEM parts, fluids, and service. By far the best dealership service experience I have ever had, Jon and the team saved my Labor Day weekend! Thanks Jon and Team!"

"This was my first time here. I was unfamiliar with the “pull into service” situation. I was ignored by two employees when I arrived and looked at them for instruction. They were chatting and glancing my way from time to time. I finally put my car in park and that is when they waved me in. I just found it rude and annoying. I was made very clear that I was an inconvenience. Hope they don’t approach my vehicle with the same apathy. I expected so much more."

"good luck getting a phone call back. My wife and I combined left 3 voicemails that were never returned. We're just trying to schedule service and give them $$ Edit: we contacted the business after they replied and they didn't answer that either! Unbelievable that they can't answer a phone."

"Not the service I expected. No extra effort just the bare minimum. I think they should take a page on how Jacksonville Toyota down in FL treat their customers who come in for service on a new car. They give you the works it's washed dried cleaned inside and out. Your car looks newer then the day you bought it when you go to their service center. Foot hills just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible with little to no extra effort. They made me feel like I was just another appointment. They serviced oil and ran the car through what looked like a carwash on the side of a gas station. They rinsed it and didn't dry it. They didn't clean inside the car at all. I was not impressed and I will not be returning for service on my car in the future."
