"The only words I have right now are wow. This is the fourth groomer I have tried so I was a little skeptical. My dog was traumatized by Petsmarts blow dryer and always wanted to get out of there as soon as I picked him up. Our groomer was Danielle and it felt like she really listened and cared about Cooper. Definitely felt like a really good nanny but for dogs! After I picked him up she told me Cooper had an amazing experience with the blow dryer with her putting some extra material and pads to block out the sound so he wasn’t scared. I was really happy that she took the time to walk me through everything and how things went. I got the little bow because it’s so adorable, also he smelt amazing and so soft! It really felt like home and I could tell Cooper was just as happy as when he comes back from the dog park! I will be back and highly recommend. A+ for everything all around, thank you all for being so kind and amazing! ❤️"
