"I did love Dolfun, and they have some great instructors, however their customer service are borderline criminal. Make sure you look at the fine print berfore signing up. This past month we had a cancellation by Dolfun due to the holiday (understandable, their teachers have to have off) and we had a cancellation due to weather (again, understandable due to power outages). I called, again not expecting any credit to my account, but asked we be allowed to have an "Open Swim" day--where on a Saturday or a Sunday you can bring your child in and swim. I was told "there are no credits or make up days for days due to weather or holidays". Unreal. We’ve had 4 out of the 5 days canceled by DolFun and still had to pay the full $150 with no make up days."

"The leadership of this organization is absolutely dreadful. They miss countless classes due to breaks and random cancellations with no compensation, claiming it’s built into their tuition. The classes are completely overwhelmed by students. Today my son has 5 students in his “small class” and spent 20 minutes of the 30 minute class holding on to the wall. It’s a waste of money. Choose any other swim school if you have the option."

"Great swimming experience; not as great for price and/ or sick kids. We had good experiences with all teachers, and my kids made progress. I was impressed. One negative is that lessons are only 20 minutes - so they feel pretty short! My chief complaint is sickness/ COVID related - if you miss a lesson, they don’t offer makeups. You can get back half your money for a future month if you let them know in advance. It is frustrating and makes me worried that other families might choose to avoid the pain and financial loss by simply coming to lessons even while sick. I hope they can change this policy! We planned to stop for the summer and then return; after this last experience where we missed a lesson due to sickness, I don’t think we will be returning in the fall. If you plan to continue indefinitely, might not be an issue?"
