"Painted our house, studio and deck. 3 sides of the studio a year later showed up with mold all over it (never had it before). The deck pealed and even though he came and looked and saw it was a problem he never came back to fix it. We ended up having to strip it all down and re-do it all ourselves."

They came out and gave us a very detailed quote, and when the quote seemed a little higher then the other bids we got, he was able to explain the difference (later confirmed by the other contractors) in both the quality of work, and the quality of materials that were going to be used.
