"This is by far the worst office of Portland State University. I would highly advise anyone thinking of transferring to Portland State University to reconsider. Especially if you are coming from an international university or have studied abroad. Through the last 8 months I have been trying to get my international transcripts to PSU with problems. PSU has lost my transcript. PSU has not accepted a transcript that I opened in front of them. PSU forgot to email of these problems for 2 months. They require the student to incur the costs of calling, postage, the time to get the transcript. As well, the answer depends on who you talk to. I am surprised that PSU is still a running university with this sort of administrative disorganization. I would make sure you speak to multiple people through multiple departments to make sure your transfer runs smoothly. Good luck."
