"I signed up for the online floral certification and I do not recommend this course. The in person one is likely much better. The course and the material feel very dated and not at all up to date with current online classroom platforms. With this said, the video shooting was clear and with good light. The content itself was hard to digest as it felt so dated. The majority of the first section teaches how to tie bows…not saying that one doesn’t need to know how to tie a bow but in modern floristry it seems a dated and really unnecessary to spend that much time learning how to die a bow. I followed the rules in removing myself from the program. But though the website says you can get a full refund if you withdraw within 5 business days, they still found a way to not give me a full refund. They did not have a good reason for declining my full refund. I would not recommend the online program to anyone. Maybe check out there in person, or just find another program (which is what I am doing). I’ve given them two stars because the video quality was better than I expected for such dated material and the communication with the staff was courteous and kind. I will be continuing my floral education elsewhere, with a more modern and up to date business."

The teachers are at hand to answer questions, queries and support you throughout your course. No question is too small. I would recommend Floral Design Institute, they make learning so interesting and fun. You'll be surprised at how much you learn and quickly too. Watch yourself bloom!"

They are endlessly patient and so much fun. There are a number of free resources on the website and also weekly Facebook Live sessions which are so inspiring.
