"Words matter tremendously. When we use words like ‘family’ what comes to mind? Parents and children right? I mean if your business name is family and child then one would imagine that since child is covered by using the word‘child’ so therefore‘family’ relates to everyone else around the child including parents. That’s how you get to ‘child & family’ services. However this is where words matter. If a business like this is only willing or capable of serving children and not families then the name above the door is inherently deceptive as because the business is saying one thing about themselves but on the other hand not providing that kind of care. My family’s needs extend beyond the children as it’s the parents who are causing the problem but Morrison is not willing to work with us. They only want to address our children which in medical terms treating the symptoms and not the illness. I could not have been clearer with our counselor what our family needs were from the very beginning however our counselor is only capable of working with the children and not the family. This hurts our family tremendously as it denies service to those who are in the most need and who refuse because their mental illness is so great to even conceive of the idea that they might be the problem. Our counselor is fully aware of this but does not want to get involved. I can’t say I blame them however that’s their job to get involved and be a part of helping to facilitate these incredibly difficult conversations. So as a family our treatment is being denied and therefore the business itself is ignoring its own charter with the public. Words matter. When the sign on the business says ‘plumber’ I expect the people working there to be plumbers. When a business says ‘child & family’ services I expect them to treat the family and not just the child or else the business name os deceptive and fraudulent misrepresentation."
"Not reliable and they don’t keep their promises."
"Office is clean and there is a small waiting area. The waiting area can be very crowded when it is busy. The front desk staff probably shouldn't be swearing in front of clients and goofing off. All and all it seems to be a good place so far for therapy."
"Med person unavailable on Fridays or Mondays. No help if it happens to be one of those days you need help with your child,"
"Very clean office and restrooms, kind office staff, plus toys for the kids. Great therapists as well. I like this location much more than others."
