"I order thru drive through and they messes up my order. I let them know that I had order a combo and that They didn’t give me fries. They said they didn’t charge me for it. I told them well I can pay them here. They told me well you have to go around and order them. Tell me why I have to go around when they messed up my order."
"We order two quater ponders nuggets and fries during night shift Both quater ponders were under done once we realized it we had already ate majority of the sandwiches I called the restaurant back and a man who didn't speak English answered I asked to talk to someone who spoke English and was hung up on after calling back 12 times!!! A woman who spoke fluid English answered with a nonchalant attitude horrible customer service moral of the story is we all got sick the next day and mcdonald's didn't even apologize or refund us for their mistake"
